The Junior Salesforce Administrator reports to the Salesforce Administrator

 

Job description:

The Junior Salesforce Administrator helps to manage and support the further development of the CRM activities towards consumers and stakeholders throughout Europe: Serves as the resource for pan-European users, ensuring tools are working to their full potential, increases user adoption, and maintains the system. Translates business requirements to the Salesforce platform. Assists in converting the current Classic organization to the Lightning Platform. Must possess the ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, strong and creative problem solving skills, be proactive not reactive, and must be well organized.

 

  • Provide day to day platform and technical user support, respond to team members requests related to delivered functionality behaviour, how-to questions and new features;
  • Provide step by step end user instructions to increase user adoption by providing user manuals, training to users;
  • Develop reporting and dashboard functions to facilitate business insights;
  • Configure and document the system in accordance with established and future functional requirements (page layouts, fields, views, validation rules, the Salesforce.com automation toolset (workflow, process builder and visual flow), objects, and deployments);
  • Guarantees data integrity through performing mass uploads and updates of data, merging and auditing for duplicates (e.g.. PersonAccounts).

Knowledge & experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required or applicable relevant experience
  • At least 1 year of hands-on Salesforce administration  experience is required
  • Strong MS Office skills with advanced MS Excel
  • com Certified Administrator preferred
  • Experience with transition to the Lightning platform is preferred
  • Fluent in English and good command of the Dutch language
